Eduardo leads the employment practice in Madrid. His practice has focussed on advising companies on recruitment and dismissal processes, the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, health and safety, pension plans and incentive schemes. He has extensive experience advising on corporate restructuring processes, both on a pan-European level for Spanish companies as well as for international companies with subsidiaries Spain. He also advises Spanish companies with operations in Latin America. Currently, he is also a professor at the Instituto de Empresa and the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM).
